How we work

Our booking, pricing, and service policy — so there are no surprises for either side. Questions? Call 250 510 9818 or email us.

How a booking works

We come to your home or workplace and detail your vehicle there, using your water and electrical outlet — please make sure both are available at the address you book. We clean according to the package (Standard, Premium, or Polishing/Ceramic) and any add-ons agreed with you before we start. The full list of what’s included in each package is on our Services page, and that’s what we follow.

Pricing & add-ons

Package prices are listed on the site. Some things can only be priced after we see the vehicle in person — for example, seat/upholstery washing is quoted after a quick inspection, since it depends on the seat material and how soiled they are. If a vehicle turns out to be far dirtier than normal — for example construction dust/debris, or a first detail after many years of no cleaning — that can mean extra work and an added cost. In every case, any extra cost is discussed and agreed with you first; we don’t add anything to the price without your OK.

Products we use

We use professional-grade automotive detailing products suited to the surface being cleaned (exterior paint, interior plastics, fabric/leather upholstery), and choose gentler or biodegradable formulas where a suitable one is available for the job.

Payment

We accept cash and electronic payment (e-transfer or a payment link). A receipt is provided on request — paying by link automatically generates one. Once a service has been carried out, it is not refundable.

What we can’t always guarantee

Some contamination and wear can’t be fully removed — for example stains that have set in over a long time, mold, embedded odours, or rust staining on fabric or carpet. We’ll always tell you upfront if something looks unlikely to come out fully.

Removing tree sap or similar residue can sometimes reveal clear-coat or paint damage that was already underneath it — that damage was caused by the contaminant sitting on the paint over time, not by our cleaning. The same goes for a vehicle with pre-existing poor paint, a bad respray, or already-degraded materials (trim, rubber mats, etc.): we use careful, appropriately low pressure and the correct nozzles/tools for the surface, but we’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or materials that were already failing before we touched the vehicle.
