Honda Fit Mobile Detailing in Victoria BC — Standard Package + Steam Interior Clean

Mobile detailing in Victoria BC for a Honda Fit — full hand wash, spray wax, tire shine, and interior steam cleaning. Optional seat shampooing discussed with the client.

A client from Victoria BC recently contacted Mr. Suds Mobile Auto Detailing in search of a professional car cleaning service — conveniently done right on their driveway. They chose our team for a complete interior and exterior clean of their Honda Fit.

We recommended our Standard Detailing Package, which includes everything needed for a clean and protected finish. Upon arrival, we noticed a stain on the rear seat and offered an optional seat shampooing service using an extractor and specialty cleaning solution.

However, the client chose not to proceed with the extraction. Instead, we performed a steam-only treatment, which reduced the stain but did not fully eliminate it. As always, we clearly discuss and confirm any additional work before starting to ensure transparency and satisfaction.

Exterior Car Detailing Process

Our exterior process began with a complete power wash, loosening dirt and grime from the body, wheels, and undercarriage — essential prep before any hand car wash.

• A thick layer of pH-neutral foam shampoo
• Gentle hand wash using microfiber mitts and the two-bucket method
• Full rinse and clean water flush
• Spray wax for enhanced gloss and protection
• Careful hand drying with microfiber towels
• Wheel and tire cleaning, finished with tire shine
• Exterior glass cleaning for all windows and mirrors

Interior Car Cleaning Process

The interior detailing on this Honda Fit included:

• Vacuuming the entire cabin, including seats, mats, and trunk
• Use of a Tornador air tool to dislodge dust from tight spaces
• Steam cleaning of the upholstery, dashboard, doors, and console
• Application of interior-safe cleaners for plastics and trim
• We also offered shampooing with an extractor, but the client declined

Despite the decision to skip extraction, the steam treatment noticeably improved the look and hygiene of the rear seats. It’s a solid maintenance option — especially when full shampooing isn’t needed.
